BAXTER SAW™ – MODEL 360SA
SEMI-AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL BANDSAW
The model 360SA is a rigid double column bandsaw machine with a large 14” (360mm) x 19” (480mm) capacity. Machine has hydraulic head lift and a semi-automatic cut cycle. Machine uses economical 1” blade and has a 2 hp (1.5 kW) drive. Blade speed is set using a five-step pulley.

- Blade guards and fully enclosed drive belt guard
- Powered blade brush to remove cutting chips
- Quick acting material clamping
- Miter cuts up to 45 degrees by swiveling vise
- Adjustable material length stop for repetitive cutting
- Cast ductile iron wheel
- Blade guides are carbide faced with rollers to remove blade twist and dampen vibration
- Flood coolant system to both saw guides with adjustable flow rates
- Gear box designed for heavy duty bandsaw machines, precision worm shaft on taper roller bearings and phosphorous bronze worm gear set supported on sealed ball bearings, oil bath lubrication
- All bearings are totally enclosed and lubricated for life
- Electric system uses only C.S.A./UL approved components and is electrically approved
